Structure your bullets to cover both sides of the role. Clinical bullets might include patient volumes, procedures assisted, and accuracy rates. Administrative bullets might cover appointment scheduling efficiency, insurance verification, or records management.
Quantify wherever possible — patient volumes per day, call handling metrics, referral turnaround times, or error reduction percentages. Even in administrative tasks, numbers make your contributions concrete.
